Hey all just want to say I made it 48hrs, and this thread title is more accurate than the last one.
NOPE

Hi, Jenn,
That's a little bit of allright! I was wondering when you were going to rename your thread. That's what you call your basic Winning Attitude! I'm happy for you.

Is this Jennxyz? You changed the post title AND your name?
Keep it up - 24 more for nicotine to be gone.

From one Jenn to another...CONGRATS!!! Just hang on and take it one minute and hour at a time. The days will add up. You are not always going to feel like this. It gets better. Try drinking ice water through a straw and taking 4-5 deep breaths (the kind where your tummy sticks out) when the cravings hit.
Hugs, Jenn

Hi Everyone,
It is nice to see all your beautiful faces. Hope everyone has a great day today free from cravings!
Love the new emojis, but I sure wish I could figure out how to increase the size of the them.
Hugs,
Janet

Hi Jenn,
I made it....I found my way over here.....So glad to see you. You are doing this!!....
As a smoker of 47 years and was able to quit, I promise you that the cravings will get less and less as each day goes by.

Hi Anne,
I'm so glad you made it over. I was getting a little worried when I read the post on the other forum.
Warmest regards,
Janet
