Troy University Description:
Troy University's main campus is located in Troy, Alabama, but the school is actually made up of a network of 60 campuses throughout the world, including four in Alabama (Troy, Montgomery, Phenix City and Dothan). Troy is a public university with relatively low costs when compared to similar schools. The university has a large distance learning program, and the business fields are the most popular among undergraduates. On the student life front, Troy has an active marching band and many Greek organizations. In athletics, the Troy University Trojans compete in the NCAA Division I Sun Belt Conference.
