Stacey Colino is a former writer for Verywell Fit covering indoor cycling. Since 2000, Stacey has been an indoor cycling junkie. She has received numerous awards for her articles, which have appeared in Real Simple, The Washington Post Health section, Parents, MORE, Shape, Self, Family Circle, Cosmopolitan, Prevention, Health, Elle, Glamour, Sports Illustrated, and many other magazines.

In addition to her certifications as an exercise instructor, Stacey has a bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio, and a master’s degree from Northwestern University in Chicago.
