- Reviewed in the United States on August 9, 2022I've purchased this brand (Majestic Pure) from Amazon three years in a row during winter season when it gets really dry indoors. After finding that I rash-up easily when it's dry, I've started using this to re-moisturize after showering. It works very well, absorbs in under 10 seconds, doesn't have much of a smell, and doesn't leave much of a residue. Even if I wash my hands an hour later, it doesn't feel like I'm washing off all the product (unlike when using lotions). It's more liquidy than Walmart-brand aloe gel, but slightly thicker than all-natural no-additive pressed aloe due to the xanthan; I think this is a good middle ground. Probably my second or third favorite brand of aloe vera because it is cheaper than the others.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 18, 2020I ordered this to have around for general medicinal purposes, right before I had my first baby as part of my postpartum preparations. Well I ended up having a c-section and didn’t use this as planned, but have used it for sunburns and it’s great! Soo much better than the “cooling gel” type of stuff you get at the store. It’s really watery, so plan for it to drip all over the place as you’re putting it on. But it’s almost instant relief from the pain and feels naturally cool. On Day 1 of this sunburn on my knees, I put it on about every hour because my skin soaked it up so quickly. By Day 5 I just needed it once in the morning. On top of giving me much needed relief and accelerated healing for this sunburn, it made my skin super soft. Now I’m a full week out from the day of sun exposure and I have very minimal peeling, almost unnoticeable, and almost back to normal skin color.

Images in this review - Reviewed in the United States on October 16, 2020I use it to speed up wound recovery when I get a cut or scrape by putting a dab on and then bandaging like normal. I've also used it for sunburns and for dry skin. It's aloe, that's all there really is to say. It works as intended and it doesn't contain all the the junk the generic brand stuff does. When I first bought it, it didn't have any smell, but within a week of opening it, it began to smell terrible. It doesn't smell rotten or bad, it just offends my sense of smell pretty terribly hence the 4 stars. Makes a pretty good lubricant as well if that's more your style, but that's not the intended use.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 7, 2018I bought this for my scalp because I have seborrheic dermatitis well not really anymore though thanks to this product. I had used head and shoulders, t gel, and many other harsh products but this Aloe gel is the only thing that is able to give me a clean and healthy scalp. I am so glad I started using this because not only were those harsh products not working for my seborrheic dermatitis but they were horrible for my hair. My scalp would be somewhat less flaky but it would still be dry and my hair was left very brittle and dry. I also had to use those products daily to maintain but I only have to use this aloe twice a week. What I do is soak my hair and scalp in the gel and let it sit for about 10 minutes sometimes more ( it is watery so i'll usually take a bath while it sits or fold a towel around my neck). After I just wash with normal shampoo and conditioner which is something I never thought I'd have the luxury of doing since I always had to use anti dandruff hair wash before. This aloe has been a life saver. My hair and scalp have never looked better. It has been a dry winter but I have been flake free!
- Reviewed in the United States on August 29, 2021I actually bought this to add to hand sanitizer but didn't like the results.
I didn't use it until I got a terrible sunburn one weekend. When I got home I remembered I had this and immediately used it on my very painful sunburn. I also had terribly dry/itchy skin. I scratched so much I was actually drawing blood. Within a couple of days of use I noticed my skin literally healing over my scabbed skin. I was amazed. I was so impressed that I have continued to use this aloe product daily after all my showers. I no longer have the itchy skin. I am going to start using it in my hair as a leave in conditioner also. Planning on continuing to purchase this product. It has done great things for my skin - I love it!!
- Reviewed in the United States on February 9, 2020If you know about AlOE = (or don't) ... I can assure you this product is top of the line in Aleo products.
Every home should have this on hand. Soothing, healing, skin softening, and stops itch from rashes, and ... YOU NAME it. A great natural product. Nothing but GOOD about it! Oh, and also ... a tiny bit of it goes a long, long way.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 16, 2020I know Aloe is a superior product for healing .
The bottle was fully encased in crisp not soft plastic. Upon observing the bottle and how to open the plastic There appeared to be moisture inside the plastic wrap. When I carefully cut the wrap, there was Aloe all over the top half of bottle
I looked for cracks in the cap and bottle but it is too slippery to handle. I checked to see if the cap was loose . It did not seem to fit the bittle well so it leaked !
