My initial impressions are great. No issues with the zipper or wheels as others have cited although subsequent trips may prove otherwise. It has one trip under the belt with little to no wear shown. I’ll update everyone as this luggage gains more travel time.

This is by far the best cabin bag I’ve ever had.
So far it’s gone with me to 6 country’s, on planes, trains and cars.
There’s a little magnet in the wheel, that keeps it straight, so you’re never fighting it.

As much as I wanted to love everything about this product, I paid WAY too much to have the zipper break on me in the first two months...not to mention, it is all scuffed now as I travel nationwide every week for work; so I imagine this will negate any ability to have it replaced.

Love this. The wheels and size are perfect of you travel a lot. I don't like the way it splits open in the middle. It would be nice to have a more "lid" like setting. I'm keeping it because everything else is ease of use.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great carry on luggage
Reviewed in Canada on November 8, 2018
Contrary to some of the reviews I checked the battery compartment does not take too much of a space and nowhere in the description features this as an expandable luggage.

This carry on is sturdy(ish), I use it every week, so I can already see a few scratches here and there, that being said, I can live with it since is not really that noticeable unless u look close. The color is amazing, as good as seen on the pictures.

It fits perfectly on carry on compartment the plane and needless to say on the train as well. It is spacious enough to pack clothes for 4 days which is the standard for most people travelling for business and I even include a pair of running shoes in my luggage without any space concerns.

The Usb charger is a nice to have, since there are limited seats in the airport with outlets, although most of us will start our day with a full charge anyway. Just remember to charge your external battery every once in a while
